The Vibe: This spectacular venue is a historical part of downtown Appleton. Originally, it was built in 1922 as the Wichmann furniture building but has since been fully renovated. To preserve its historical value the renovators restored the original wood work and floors that were installed in 1922.

The Space and Capacity: The 513 downtown Appleton is equipped with a large ballroom that has a wrap around mezzanine and grand central staircase. Additionally, there is a bridal suite and groom's lounge. Small or large wedding parties can rest assured as The 513 has it covered with guest seating up to 300.

The Inclusions: When renting The 513 for a wedding there will be an event coordinator, beverage staff service (fully functional bar with expert staff – the cost of labor for bartender, bar-back and busser is included with venue rental fee at no additional cost). Furniture such as black Chiavari chairs, round tables, cocktail tables, and banquet style tables, dinner buffets and dessert stations are also included.

The Vibe: Located along the river this modern space with floor to ceiling windows has tons of natural light.

The Space and Capacity: Poplar Hall has two levels: a mezzanine and a main floor. This split space is great for having the reception on the mezzanine level and the seated dinner on the main floor. 160 guests can be seated at Poplar Hall.

The Inclusions: The facility has a full video and audio system for your convenience. Additionally, there is a full catering kitchen – Poplar Hall has a list of approved caterers.

The Vibe: Bridgewood provides a resort style wedding without the hassle of flying to a remote location. There are many fun activities for your friends and family to partake in during downtime such as swimming at the aquatic fun center, onsite dining at Batley's Bar and Grill, miniature golf, biking, walking trails, and platform tennis or pickleball.

The Space and Capacity: The Marquette Ballroom can host up to 400 guests and has 18-foot ceilings. The ballroom’s large French doors open to a 2,200 sq.ft. terrace with views of ponds and woodlands. In the Wisconsin Room, couples can host a more intimate affair with up to 100 guests.

The Space and Capacity: Equipped with an 8,000 square foot ballroom with 18 foot ceilings Waverly Beach can comfortably seat 550 guests. The wedding venue also has a 60 foot bar.
