Bookbinding Workshop (Copic Stitch) --Ages 12+
January 22, 2025 — 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Overview
This workshop meets twice: January 22 & 29, 2025.
Bookbinding can take many forms, but the best-known in the Western world is the codex. This is the classic book form many of us grew up with, involving a stack of paper housed inside a hard or soft cover. In this two-session class, we’ll learn how to sew the inner book block (pages) and construct a hardcover with an open spine. Participants will use common bookmaking tools and materials to construct their own blank journal.
All supplies included. TMA members receive 10% off all registrations
